Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Oriq. By creating an account, joining an organization, or using Oriq, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Oriq on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Oriq is a no-code automation platform for building, testing, activating, and monitoring workflows. Oriq provides workflow authoring tools, integrations, credentials, files, knowledge resources, execution history, and related automation features.

Oriq is under active development. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features as the product evolves, while working to preserve the reliability and clarity of activated automations.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity results from Oriq's failure to use reasonable security measures.

Organization owners and administrators may manage members, permissions, workflows, credentials, variables, files, billing, and other organization resources. If you join an organization, your access may be controlled by that organization's administrators.

Customer Content means workflows, node configurations, prompts, outputs, files, variables, credentials, integration data, knowledge base content, execution logs, and other content submitted to or processed through Oriq.

You retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant Oriq the rights needed to host, store, process, transmit, display, secure, and use Customer Content only as needed to provide, operate, support, and improve Oriq.

You are responsible for Customer Content and for having the rights, permissions, consents, and legal basis required to process it through Oriq.

You control the workflows you build and the third-party services you connect. When a workflow runs, Oriq may transmit data to the apps, APIs, webhooks, AI providers, or other services selected in that workflow.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of third-party services you connect to Oriq. Oriq is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their data practices, or actions they take with data sent to them.

You must not store or process regulated or highly sensitive data in Oriq unless you have confirmed that your plan, configuration, and any required written agreement support that use.

Oriq may include AI-powered features. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or using them in automated actions.

Do not use Oriq for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, emergency, or other high-risk decisions without appropriate human review, testing, and compliance controls.

You may use Oriq only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm Oriq, other users, third-party services, or the public.

• Do not break the law, violate privacy rights, infringe intellectual property rights, or process data without required authority.
• Do not access systems, accounts, credentials, workflows, or data without permission.
• Do not send spam, phishing, malware, abusive content, or deceptive communications.
• Do not interfere with, overload, probe, scan, reverse engineer, or bypass the security of Oriq.
• Do not use Oriq to build harmful automations, evade security controls, enable fraud, or make high-risk decisions without proper safeguards.
• Do not share credentials, tokens, or secrets in places where they should not be visible.

Paid plans, usage limits, billing cycles, renewal terms, taxes, and refund rules are described in the product, checkout flow, invoice, or applicable order form.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend, downgrade, or limit access if payment is overdue or usage exceeds plan limits after reasonable notice.

Oriq works to keep the service reliable and secure, but no service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or immune from security risk.

You are responsible for testing workflows before activation, monitoring important automations, and configuring safeguards appropriate for the data and actions involved.

Oriq and its software, design, documentation, trademarks, and platform features are owned by Oriq or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Oriq to you.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you allow Oriq to use them without restriction or compensation.

You may stop using Oriq at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Oriq or others, fail to pay fees, or use the service unlawfully.

After termination, Oriq may delete Customer Content according to its retention practices unless legal obligations require otherwise.

Oriq is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oriq disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.

Oriq does not guarantee that workflows, integrations, AI outputs, third-party services, or external APIs will always behave as expected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oriq will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oriq's total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Oriq in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

You will defend and indemnify Oriq from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your Customer Content, workflows, integrations, use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Oriq after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
