Oriq collects information you provide directly, information created while you use the platform, and technical information needed to operate the service.

• Account and organization information, such as name, email address, login details, organization name, role, permissions, and account settings.
• Workflow content, such as workflow names, node configurations, variables, files, knowledge bases, prompts, outputs, execution history, test runs, and automation logs.
• Integration data, such as connection metadata, API keys, access tokens, refresh tokens, webhook payloads, and data retrieved from third-party services at your direction.
• Billing and plan information, such as subscription status, plan limits, invoices, and payment records processed by our billing provider.
• Usage and device information, such as IP address, browser type, device details, pages viewed, actions taken, diagnostic logs, errors, and performance data.
• Communications, such as support requests, product feedback, and other messages you send to Oriq.

We use information to provide, secure, support, and improve Oriq. That includes keeping accounts available, running workflows, connecting integrations, enforcing permissions, and helping users understand what happened during an automation run.

• Create and manage accounts, organizations, workflows, credentials, files, knowledge bases, subscriptions, and other resources.
• Run automations, test workflows, process webhook events, call connected services, and maintain execution history.
• Authenticate users, enforce access controls, protect credentials, prevent abuse, and investigate reliability or security issues.
• Provide support, respond to requests, process billing, communicate service changes, and improve product quality.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Oriq processes workflow and integration data according to the workflows you configure. When a workflow runs, Oriq may send relevant data to the apps, APIs, webhooks, models, or services selected in that workflow.

If you use AI-powered features, Oriq may send prompts, workflow context, files, retrieved knowledge base content, outputs, or related metadata to the AI provider configured for that feature. AI providers process that data under their own terms and privacy commitments.

You are responsible for deciding what data your workflows process and for making sure you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis required to use that data in Oriq.

We do not sell personal information or customer content. We do not use customer content for advertising. We share information only as needed to provide Oriq, follow your instructions, or meet legal and security obligations.

• With service providers that help us host, operate, secure, analyze, support, and bill for Oriq.
• With third-party services and integrations when you connect them or configure workflows to send data to them.
• With members, owners, and administrators of your organization according to their permissions.
• With legal, safety, or compliance recipients when required by law or when needed to protect Oriq, users, or the public.
• With a successor if Oriq is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

You can update certain account information in Oriq, disconnect integrations, delete resources you control, or contact us for help with privacy requests. Organization administrators may also manage access to organization resources.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. Requests may require verification and may be subject to legal limits.

Oriq is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you use Oriq from outside the country where our systems or service providers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries that may have different data protection laws.
